2025 Farm Crew Positions
Applications are open until FEB 10.
We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong interest in small-scale vegetable farming, whether as a current career path or a future one. Ideal candidates are passionate about growing exceptional food, working hard, and finding fulfillment in the process. This role requires physical stamina, determination, and a willingness to spend full days on your feet, engaging in hands-on work in all weather conditions—whether it’s sunny, hot, rainy, or cold.
Successful candidates must handle repetitive tasks with ease, work quickly and efficiently, and maintain attention to detail. Strong communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and openness to feedback are essential. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality local food to the community while embracing the challenges and joys of farm life.
Our team values hard work paired with a sense of humor. While farming is physically demanding, it is also deeply rewarding, and often fun.
Part time: ~3 days/week; 24 hours/week.
~8 Hour days with payed 30 minute lunch break.
Mid-April through early November.
Seasonal Variation: While we normally start the day around 8am, start times are daylight and temperature dependent. In the spring and late fall we may start at 8 or 9 am, while in peak summer we may shift to a 7 or 7:30am start time. Changes will be communicated on a weekly basis.
Pay is DOE, starting at $15/hour.
Unlimited vegetables and flowers.
As a member of our seasonal crew, you will play a vital role in our farm team throughout the growing season. The majority of your work will involve harvesting vegetables and/or flowers, including picking, washing, and packing a variety of seasonal crops each week. Maintaining high standards for quality and cleanliness in our produce is a top priority, and you will be instrumental in upholding these standards every day. The work is fast-paced and requires precision—using sharp knives and handling large quantities of vegetables daily. It’s challenging yet rewarding work and a skill you will develop over time.
In addition to harvest duties, you will assist with fieldwork, such as planting, weeding, and crop maintenance. While early and late seasons involve more fieldwork, the peak season is primarily focused on harvesting. We rely on you to be available for the entirety of the season and to minimize time-off requests, as your contributions are essential to the success of the farm.
